All prices are per person and include four nights of lodging, all meals, workshops, performances and use of rehearsal spaces and equipment. Limited Numbers of Tickets Available

Roots Rock Revival is All-Inclusive

All camp activities will be held at Full Moon Resort. Full Moon features an eclectic array of comfortable, air conditioned country-inn accommodations from simple B&B style guest rooms with shared hallway baths to premium cottages equipped with private mountain view deck, "smart" TV and luxury bathrooms. “Primitive” campsites and luxury, pre-set glamping packages are also available.

Accommodations are just steps away from daily activities. Enjoy the spring-fed swimming pool, and walking paths along the pristine Esopus Creek, and explore the splendors of the Catskills on the nearby network of hiking trails.

Accommodations do not have telephones or daily housekeeping service. Please Note: There is facility-wide free WiFi; but no cell phone service in the area.

Package Types

Tent Camping/Commuter: $1,200
Event access, no indoor lodging. Camping equipment is not provided. Nearby restroom and outdoor showers are provided.

Glamping: $1,800
Single occupancy, pre-set, weather-proof tent structure on raised platform including air conditioning, queen bed, linens, towels, electric outlets with nearby restroom and outdoor showers.

Standard Room, Shared Bath: Double: $1,600
Double occupancy, simple accommodation with two twin beds and sink/vanity. Shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested.*

Standard Room, Shared Bath: Single: $2,500
Single occupancy, simple accommodation with queen bed and sink/vanity.

Deluxe Room, Private Bath: Double: $2,100
Double occupancy, en suite accommodation featuring two twin beds, sitting area with couch, air conditioning and custom tile bathroom. Shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested.*

Premium Cottage, Private Bath: Double: $2,400
Double occupancy Premium Cottage features two twin beds, sitting area with couch, private deck, picture windows with dramatic panoramic views, air conditioning, mini-fridge, coffee maker, Smart TV and custom tile bathroom. Shared with one roommate of the same gender identity. Specific roommates may be requested. Guests must be prepared for walking on hilly terrain and stairs.*

* Note: If you are registering for yourself and another person, you will need to select two of the “double occupancy” options. On the registration form, you will indicate your roommate preference and if you would prefer one shared bed or two separate beds.

Your decision to register constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to all of the registration, payment and cancellation terms and conditions listed below:

Due to the nature of our events and strict cancellation policies, Music Masters Collective strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance.

Music Masters Collective Inc., reserves the right to refuse a sale, reject a sale, deny admission, or remove from an event, any person for any reason, including but not limited to, any harm or potential harm that person might cause, violation of the law, threats, disorderly behavior, failure to make timely payment, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law.

ROOMMATES

If registering for a double occupancy package, your room will be Shared with one roommate. Specific roommates may be requested. If one is not requested, you will be assigned a roommate of the same gender identity. You will have the option to indicate your roommate preference, and if you would prefer one queen bed, on your registration form.

Note: We cannot hold a spot for someone unless they are registered. Roommates must select the same package and indicate each other as roommate preference on their registration forms.

MINORS
Music Masters Collective events are designed for participants 18 years or older. Minors are not permitted at Full Moon Resort without their legal guardian or other adult designated by the participant’s legal guardian as chaperone. Over the course of a decade, Music Masters Collective has provided financial aid to hundreds of participants spanning more than 100 events. It is our goal to continue and expand this legacy and to make our programs accessible to everyone.

Donations made to Music Masters Collective will be awarded to deserving individuals who otherwise would not be able to participate in our programs.
Our organization is funded by a combination of registration fees, grants and sponsorships.
